1. Parties
This service agreement is between Firma (“Provider”) and the natural or legal person paying through this portal (“Payer”). Contact: the portal contact channels.

This notice is issued for odeme.ddkristal.com.tr and is effective as of 2026-10-14. Transactions on this portal are subject to the terms below.
2. Subject
The subject is secure online payment of debts, fees, service charges or free amounts owed to Firma. The portal runs on the MyTahsilat platform on behalf of Firma.
3. Payment and instalments
The Payer is responsible for the accuracy of amount, currency, instalment choice and card details. Commission / interest rates are shown on the payment screen; the confirmed total is charged. Published FX rates are informational; the final charge follows POS / bank rules.
4. Representations
The Payer represents authority to use the card/account and that the payment description is accurate. Firma may refuse the transaction or notify authorities if misuse is detected.
5. Limitation of liability
Firma is not liable for delays caused by bank/POS outages, connectivity or third-party infrastructure beyond its control. The confirmation screen and email / SMS (if configured) serve as evidence.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy & Data Protection notice on this portal. The Payer acknowledges having read it.
7. Effectiveness
Submitting the payment form / confirming “Pay now” brings this agreement into force for that transaction. Firma may update the text; the version published on the portal applies. Date: 2026-10-14.
